I dont think so just mention the address. Ma be you can mention her name on cover letter if any

I got my GCMS notes according to which

Eligibility = not started
security = <blank>
criminality = not started
Medical = not started

have s15(1) and s16(1)(c) on few pages,under verification page is rubbed not showing anything
due date= 15/6/2015

Dear Member,

1. Do we have to send VO passport Bio page for Applicant, spouse and child with MR+PCC or wait for PPR1 my spouse passport got renewed recently I have to sent the copy of new passport or old passport as well.
You better send only the scan copy of renewed one and explain in the email.

2. VO ask me to submit updated Schadule-A and Additional Family Information form for me and my spouse and gave me 5 days to fill and email them I emailed in 3 days do I still need to sent hard copies of updates form with medical.
Since your visa officer has asked you to send scanned copies then why do you bother about hard copies. I sent only the scanned copies and that proved to be enough

3. Same for RPRF I paid online and print the receipt fill it, scan it and email to VO do I still need to sent hard copies of RPRF fee with medical.
As per my personal experience scanned copy is enough

just now i received the PPR , they asked me to submit passports to Abu Dhabi within 30 days , my problem is : i have business trip and then vacation from 21 march- to 17th April

what can i Do ?

Congrats mate .
if you are residing out UAE; Send email to ADVO asking to extend your allowance due to the reason you mentioned , attach a copy of your airline ticket , add any supporting things and hope for a fast reply (other option is to call them).
If you are residing in UAE , contact the VO in person

I am a 12th September applicant. PER on 31st December.
I was hoping to get the MR by end of February. No luck.
Most other VOs are moving faster.
