On 11 February 2015, I received an e-mail from LVO (VO: BWJ) to submit Schedule A since 18 tears of age for me and my spouse. I just filled IMM5669E forms for both of us and sent them back through replied e-mail along with additional sheets on 14 February 2015. Also, I have sent scanned copies of the signature pages.

I would love to know how others sent their updated schedule A forms.

Also, How much more time it takes to get MR?

i think you are correct but you might send all of them as a scanned copy..did you get your second line updated and if so in which date please?

Today was the last day for withdrawing my 2014 FSW application from CPC-Ottawa VO (they have given 30 days option to withdraw my wife's file, since they got her another file in progress on SG). My wife has emailed to CPC-O to withdraw 2014 file today .... They have already replied that they are going to refund my processing fee...

Though the form IMM 5669E originally stated "From 18years of age" or "Last 10 years", whichever is most recent....The updated process requires all applicants to give history from 18years of age, no matter how long ago it was.

My age is 28, so basically my last 10 years were my entire history since 18 Years of age ;D In this case, i guess they won't ask me to re-submit.

I got the same email on 12 th. I'm planning to send the forms by courier cuz when it comes to signature and declaration I think they must have the original in their hand. This is my thought.
