I am little confused as I got PER on 28th October and application date is 3rd July.
Till date no second line on ECAS or any doc/PCC/MR request from LVO.
When I submitted CSE ealiar this month, it was responded by RIH (programe assistant in LVO).
So I am confused whether my file is with LVO or still at CIO?

Last update of ECAS on bottom right corner is on 4/11/2014 so I was under the impression that this is the date when my file transferred from CIO to LVO but I may be wrong.

Can you please advise on this?

this is a trick of lvo by telling applicants that it is pending for review, however review is already done b4 u get per and b4 u r charged. cos after per and charging of fees, actual processing starts on file.

now u get 2nd line update when ur file is transferred at lvo from cio, but if it remains there in cio and not transferred then 2nd line is not updated. I believe ur all files are at cio, there they are doing some processing on it or some background checking of either employment, criminality or any other.

so u just have to wait for cio to transfer ur files to lvo.

also don't blame lvo for this delay as they don't have your file with them, they will only get it when 2nd line is updated. b4 that its with cio and they delaying it for unknown purposes.

I request, dont comment on a post when you are not sure about something, file is never held by CIC or CIO at all, it is immediately transferred to LVO after PER issued, the proof of this is that when people raise CSE , they get reply from LVO, no one gets a reply that they have not yet received file at all.
2nd proof is the GCMS notes which clearly shows the time and date of file transfer to LVO, and there after.

So , dont mis guide people.. just avoid commenting on any post until and unless you are sure, last time you argued about the consultants in pakistan, which was nonsense discussion and now you are talking about something which is 101% mis guiding statement from you.

File is transfered to the local visa office the sooner one receives PER through GCMS (no physical transfer of file).

Local visa office assigns files to different visa officers and the time visa officer starts looking at the file 2nd line on ECAS is updated. Now thorough checks are done on file which includes even eligibility check , background checks, security and criminality checks and one receives different requests depending on the way visa officer works

Just send the receipt in reply to the email from your Program Assistant / VO and inform him that you have paid the RPRF and request him for the acknowledgment of the payment.

Usually they do confirm in returning email after checking that they have received the payments.

Go through the PAPER FILE portion of GCMS file, that shows the location of physical file

mine is 125 days, not a single correspondence from LVO yet

u will sit 125 days more and still wont have any updates.

the date on bottom right corner has nothing to do with the updates on ur ecas account. my bottom corner date shows 28/10/2014 as last modified but I got ecas 4th line on jan 6 2015. so relax that has nothing to do with it.

now even if ur file is received at lvo.......God knows why they haven't updated 2nd line, what review its still pending to start actual processing. these delays are useless and unjustified. I wish u a speedy process and success. all the best.

Well I haven't sent any inquiries to LVO yet and not thinking about sending one any soon as one of forum member had exactly same time line as mine and with same visa officer (VCM) eventually got his RPRF and PPR last week and he didn't had any foreign PCC involved which I have so maybe another week and lastly I inquired about VCM from FSW 13 applicants and they agree he is one of the slowest at LVO

So I think I should wait for another 10 day before I contact LVO
