Saeed Bhai I am in a similar situation .after per on 8th may till now no communication from Lvo. the gcms notes that I requested in nov state that my file is waiting to be reviewed.My consultant has told me to wait till feb and then request anoter gcms notes.

They have given to 2 options:

- Courier to Abu Dhabi
- Come in person there to submit it

They told my application will be finalized in 10 working days, and +/- 1-3 days fr courier.

As we all know it's illegal to send passports out of Pakistan, so only option-2 is feasible. But going there and living fr 2-3 weeks on a foreign soil w/o passports, costs involved and my current job is a huge ask by them.

I hv asked thm to tk my passports in Islamabad and waiting thr reply.

I just wanted to know what other applicants got and how did thy proceed.

lvo is mistaken about ur case. no Pakistani applicant is being asked to submit passport to other than Islamabad to get visa stamped. write to lvo that u r Pakistani living inside Pakistan, not in any middle east country. they will correct it.

it is illegal to send passports in courier to any country in the world. I haven't heard any Pakistani sending their passports outside Pakistan to get visa stamped since 2012. ur case is a pure mistake from lvo.
 
Hello MR also depends on visa office and fron which country did u apply?i think applicant from pakistan take much time due to security check.seniors give your opinion on this.i am not sure about my case since i belong to pakistan but i sent application from saudia after coming here six months back.i submitted Pcc along with application which i obtained from pakistan.i am not sure will LVO again ask for saudi pcc?thanks

who said security check for Pakistanis takes so much time? brother don't guess something negative about Pakistan or Pakistanis anywhere......there are so many applicants from Pakistan whose case is already finishes within 7 months! they are issued visa and they are preparing for landings! yes things get delayed for Pakistanis cos our case is processed at London visa office which also deals with many other nationality cases.

if ur case has passed 6 months in processing than visa office will again ask u to submit fresh pcc. so the advice is never to submit pcc along with application cos u never know ur case gona delay or not.

Hello all
Wishing everyone a happy new year
As you can see I am stuck since 2010 ,my medicals expired in May 2014 and recieved email that they extended it till May 2015 and no need for short landing.
Is there anyone stuck like me here?anyone got extended for 3 times or shall I hope they will send ppr this month?4 month from now our medicals will be expired again anyone has the same experience,because all my emails to LVO the responses vary between medicals extended and your file ynder final review or the automatic response of background verification is still ongoing.

I want to share my happy moments with you that My Decision has been made and ECAS 4 line has been updated. I have submitted my (revised new passport) for VISA stamp.

ECAS Details are:

1-We received your application for permanent residence on June 25, 2014.

2-We started processing your application on December 2, 2014.

3-Medical results have been received.

4-A decision has been made on your application. The office will contact you concerning this decision


Thank you all for your continuous guidance and support.

Another Disappointing reply from LBM

Your application is awaiting further processing. We will contact you again as soon as we are able to, however, you should note this may not be for sometime yet.

Hi Guys

Hope you guys are doing great.As we discussed l had sent an email to LVO regarding my application as i didnt receive any update since 17th Nov-2014.
they replied me as below

" Thank you for your email.
Your application is currently in a queue awaiting review. Should any further information or documentation be required we will contact you.
Kind Regards, "


Can you please advise what they mean by this as PCC,RPRF,Medicals,PPR1 and sch A form all submitted back on 10th nov-2014 and medicals updated on ecas on 4th nov-2014.
What they mean by Review after all is done.Is this normal because its almost 2 months since medicals and RPRF fees.
