How long did it taker after sending ur MR and PCC until u receive passport request than COPR

I first got the request for medical exam, police certs, additional documents and passport copy photo on about 15 September. I did my medical exam on 2 November and the hospital sent the result on 11 November. I received my COPR today. They did not ask for my passport for visa stamping.

I have some questions regarding the form " Schedule 3 Economic Classes ":

1) In question no. 7c, Is your accompanying spouse or common-law in partner proficient in English or french ? ( I am applying alone , without any spouse,) Yes or No ? ... ( PLUS , THERE IS NOT SPACE PROVIDED EVEN TO TYPE NOT APPLICABLE OR NA , there are only two options and that is to tick either for Yes or NO, so shall I take a printout and then write from the black ink NOT APPLICABLE or Shall I tick NO ?? )

2) In question no. 9b, If applicable, has your accompanying spouse or common law in partner worked full time in Canada for at least one year ? ( As, I mentioned above, I am applying alone without claiming the spouse ) therefore what to answer ? Yes or No ? ... ( PLUS , THERE IS NOT SPACE PROVIDED EVEN TO TYPE NOT APPLICABLE OR NA , there are only two options and that is to tick either for Yes or NO, so shall I take a printout and then write from the black ink NOT APPLICABLE or Shall I tick NO ?? )

1) In my passport , only my surname is mentioned , whereas the First name/Given name is nothing, it is blank ... So ,while filing the forms , we need to fill as per the passport ... in my case ... What shall I enter in the Given Name blank ? NOT APPLICABLE or SHALL I LEAVE IT BLANK ?

2) There are certain questions in the forms , which you cannot fill if it doesn't apply to you for example the Question no. 3 , in the Generic form regarding Qubec certifcate ... If you select it NO , then the PDF reader prohibits you to attempt rest of the question parts related to this question, you cannot fill or you cannot enter NA ... So after printing , shall I write NA through a pen in such blanks or Shall I leave these kind of questions as it is ?

Yes it is PPR1 if MR and RPRF too, you have to mention a updates and copies of pp too

I am carrying my funds (POF) in the form of Bank Draft in Canadian Dollars. I will open an account in Canada and will deposit the draft. The draft is issued by ADCB (a UAE bank) and clearing bank is Bank of Montreal as written on the draft. I will open my account in TD or Scotia.

Any idea how long will it take to clear the draft and get the money in my canadian bank account?

my consultant has shown his reservations on the future of fswp2014.he thinks once express entry starts the focus will shift to express entry.is there any other opinion.? ???
