London Visa Office

Dear senior,
I made dd from national bank last month and sent it to cic. Today I received call from bank they said that dd is still not encashed and if they do not encashed it before 9 dec 2014 dd will not be valid as our contract with Canadian counter part will expire on 9 dec.
I told them no expiry date is mentioned in dd and they cannot do this me. I don't know what to do. I sent case last month.please guide me what to do. I threaten bank of serious consequences but still they said to contact cic for encashment of dd.
Tell me how to contact cic. Or stop bank from doing this to me

Write an email and send letter through courier to CIC , with reference to AWB of your application sent earlier.
Explain them the situation , and request for their advice on this.
Try calling them - I am not sure that they will respond on telephone or not

when my application was in process at CIC we r blessed with baby on 15-09-2014.

some guy from the forum told me to wait until PER and than tell visa office about change in family composition.

now where i have to contact LVO or CIC ....

if CIC ...on which email ...???

if LVO .... on which email .... ???

My baby all docs are ready and what other details i have to send .... any one have exp please reply ......

Drop email to London Visa Office on LDNIMMIGRATION@international.gc.ca , and subject line should be - "Urgent - Addition Of New Born - Application Number XXXXXXXXXXX , UCI No XXXXXXXXXXXXXX"

In this email inform them about the new born , and request them to advise you about documents , forms and fee for including kid in your application . They will respond with the following requirement;

1. Generic Application Form imm00008
2. Passport Copy of Kid
3.Birth Certificate - (Hospital and NADRA Issued)
4. Bey Form
5.Updated family information form - You and your spouse
6. Processing Fee for CAD $ 150/- - (Try to pay online)
7. Two Photos of kid

I received my PER on "08 October 2014" and case belongs to LVO

I sent my RPRF receipt (pdf document) via email to the VO yesterday but I still have not received any confirmation or acknowledgement. Can I send an email again to the vo asking them to acknowledge my earlier email?

I had the same situation; I raised Case Specific Enquiry informing my newborn. They sent me the following email:

"Dear Madam / Sir,

This is in response to your enquiry.

In order to add a child to an application, the following documents are required:

o processing fee for the child (if accompanying the applicant to Canada)
o the child’s birth certificate
o copy of the child’s valid passport
o 4 recent photographs of the child
o updated IMM0008 Generic for the main applicant and updated IMM5406 “Additional Family Information” form for the main applicant and spouse.
o a “Certificat de Sélection du Québec” for your child (in his or her name), FOR QUEBEC-SELECTED SKILLED WORKERS ONLY (http://www.micc.gouv.qc.ca/fr/index.asp)

Copies of the original documents with original certified translations into English or French are required. All documents must be sent by mail."
