1 yr from medical upload???? But there were many applicants who got their mr long ago n they still havent recvd their visa. So are you sure it is 1 yr from medical uploaded??

Yes bro. It's one year from medical report uploading date. Or passport expiry date whichever is earlier.
Applicants who did medical long time ago, they will not get visa for a full year. For example if someone did Medicals 4 months ago, s/he will get visa for 8 months max.

And of course visa validity dates are printed on the visa and copr. You don't have to calculate yourself.

According to this e-mail, file is under review- they have not asked me for any updated documents ever..if there is further updates on my file, they will contact with further instructions....Everyone was asked for updated docs except me...I dont know whats going on..lol

i will land in the end of this year in Toronto, what type of the clothing should be taken and if there is any list of stuff that should be taken. i am single and want a cheap single room in any hostel. and what area is better for new commers.

Take a winter clothes, hoddies, warm thick jackets , and depends on how long are you going for.....
Missisauga seems to be cheaper than downtown toronto whch is 29 km away from Toronto and most immigrants are residing there due to cost effective.

My application reached at nova scotia sydney at 12th nov 2014 by TCS till dubai after that they use DHL servuce. But they didnt mention who recived the application. They only mention that delivered n signed.
What to do? Worried

Check you airway bill on DHL,

or call TCS.

Well i think your file is transferred to another visa officer for further review as you know case is always processed like this and it remains under review. so what we have to do is to wait. Things will be positive inshallah dont worry.

my all docs received on 10th Nov-2014 by LVO.Any idea when will they ask for Passports.Does it take long time.

It shouldn't take much time bro. Few days only. Get ready with your passports

For me. It took 5 days from medical received in ECAS till passport request.

Further, do you think eligibilty (67 points) have been determined by now ? Because as per own calculation, i should have exact 67 points, not expecting to have more than this;

Yes its pending these checks. And i think ur eligibility is cleared. If they had any concerned the must have asked for it by now. So chill
