I am 12th June applicant.

Received PER on 8th Oct 2014.

I sent a query to London Visa Office on Oct 15. I got reply of that query on Oct 24. In their reply they mentioned that my application is not in process with them so i should contact the office where my application was sent (sydney NS office).

What does this mean. as per PER mail for further communication i should contact with my VO.

What is your country of origin and where do you reside ?

Write e-mail to CIC and check where did they trasnferred your file, & informed them that you contacted LVO & they told you that your application is not in process with them.

Hi friends,

I have received PER last week. My visa office is London. I have few questions:

1. What is the next email should I expect from LVO? And when?
Nothing, just wait for any update document request or MR....LVO is unexpected and unpredictable about processing.. so just wait

2. I have not submitted my spouse police certificate with my initial application. My spouse had lived in Lahore and Karachi, do I need to submit PCC of both cities? When should I start collecting PCC?
You only have to submit PCC from the city where she live (NIC Address) one PCC should be enough, if you didnt submit earlier, wait till next instructions when visa office asked you to submit PCC. No need to send it now.

3. My passport has the expiry of Dec 2015, considering medical request might come in next 6 months, should I keep the passport or am I allowed to renew the passport at this stage?
No need to renew your passport as of now, wait further 7-8 months, by next year october see the situation and renew if possible. No action required now.

Please elaborate..... because i am also single and have already received PER in Sep (LVO applicant 2014)

Hi mates,
I've sent documents to CDD one month ago based on his request but haven't heard from him at all since then despite Ive sent him email to inform him that documents were sent and delivered. Im worried if BWJ is now handling CDD's files that things will mix up. Could you please advise if i shall send a CSE or email to check if they recieved the paper or shall I wait?

i don't think mix up of ur documents.. however u may ask for acknowledgement and further advice.. i always replied to their emails for case status and received their answers promptly.. however for ur information CDD and BWJ are program assistansts working under "NSB" immigration officer.. know this from my gcms notes..

congrats for the speedy process. Good Luck.
LVO is very much unpredictable, so cant be sure about next update. Could be long pause/silence, could be additional document request or could be MR.

GCMS cant speed up my process. Luqi, earlier ordered GCMS notes but still he doesnt have any idea what is going on with his application, & cause of delay...
I have sent CSE, 1 week back, awaiting response, lets see.

This is what makes so many of us extremely frustrated, i can understand that London Visa office does not necessarily follow FIFO

But this is beyond me, here is my timeline and i haven't had my ECAS second line updated as yet:
