Good to know that at least we two have similar case. I'm also from India and living in UK right now. :)
Also our application date and PER date are near with difference of couple of days. Only my NOC is 2174 while yours in 2147.

Not at all Bas_snat, you don't need to mention annual leaves period since you were working for the same employer. If someone is idle for couple of weeks or a month between job change, then he/she must mention that period in order not to leave any gap. You mentioned that you have written them down in travel info form; if you were travelling to your home country, it was not required too to write down.

Regarding your maternity leave period, if you continued your job after availing your whole period of maternity leave (paid + annual + unpaid), then you don't need to show it too on background declaration form because you were employed with the same employer and your employment didn't end. What you can do is to attach a written explanation regarding your maternity leave period clearly mentioning the dates especially unpaid leave period so that if you would have to provide bank statement and it doesn't show salary transfer during that period, then this written explanation will help you out.

For that five years i visited my home country several times but I have not shown that division of holidays in background informaation. What is the right way for it to be done??

Actuallly that was the reason I have not mentioned my maternity leave, cuz it is divided into 3 sections. 45 days maternity, 22 days annual leave and 4 months unpaid leave. I haven't mentioned any other leaves in tht section.. should i send an updated form with each and every single annual elave mentioned???
