For all that are frustrated with the London visa office processing times, and annoyed that their files haven't even been transferred after 5/6 months, following is the link to lodge a complaint against a visa office.
You can also choose comment option for improving efficiency, rather than a complaint if you want to keep it mild. But I prefer a complaint.
