Dear All,

I have one question regarding the recent photo to submit along with original passport. Is it fine if I develop the photo (as per their specification) from the one I made it for medical in July mid? will it constitute the recent one if it is from 5 months back? For me it is not a big deal but my family is not here and I have to waste one more day to arrange it.

Pls guide me.

I sent CSE on Saturday using webform from London VO website and did not receive any confirmation email or automated reply within 24 hours, according to instructions from their web site if we do not receive any automated reply within 24 hours it means something is wrong ,maybe for example email address etc, so I sent another CSE on Sunday and made sure that my email address is correct but again did not receive any automated reply Now I am not sure, do they shut their service during Saturday and Sunday or something is wrong from my side or will l receive automated reply on Monday or these automated replies have been stopped these days? Has anyone sent any inquiry using webform on Sat or Sun?

Based on my experience, I sent CSE in June to enquire about my medicals and never got a confirmation automated email in response, and no reply from my VO, instead I got my MR

and Now i sent a CSE again a month ago which i also shared on this thread, enquiring about my PPR, and for that I got an automated acknowledgment the very next second and got a reply from my VO after 10 days that my file is due to be reviewed....

In my opinion if you dont get an automated acknowledgment of your CSE and reply, it means good news is coming your way

Please keep us updated and your time lines are almost the same as mine.....

Tawakal I also sent CSE last oct 15 and got an automated reply after a few hours but they did not reply to my enquiry then, after a month I got my PPR so I think yours will be coming already in your inbox..

and Now i sent a CSE again a month ago which i also shared on this thread, enquiring about my PPR, and for that I got an automated acknowledgment the very next second and got a reply from my VO after 10 days that my file is due to be reviewed....

In my opinion if you dont get an automated acknowledgment of your CSE and reply, it means good news is coming your way

Please keep us updated and your time lines are almost the same as mine.....

I have sent 2 CSE so far...and i didnt get the automated acknowledgement for the first one.So i sent it again after one day .I got the automated receipt confirmation then.In nut shell its all abouyt the system overload or failure at times and even if u dont get the automated recipt confirmation be assured that ur CSE has been delivered to them.Because when the VO repkued to my first enquiry he sent me two emails each one with attached CSE i sent...( since i sent 2 CSE for the same thing but for one i didnt get the confirmation) he sent me two emails back n yes it was good news as i gt my MR soonafter it,
