Don't be worried about it, E-Cas status normally takes 1-2 Months to update after MR.

Don't rely too much on Ecas. It doesn't show Medical received line always. Many here who got PPR's even visas but ECas only showed In process status.

I thought I would check if our extra med.s reached LVO & to my surprise, the FedEx tracking showed that there is no such tracking number!
I called the clinic & they were surprised too. Then it turns out that the nurse forgot to send our result!!
Now it is on its way ..
Moral: always check upon your papers in each step of the way (as long as you can). You just have to.

I have done my medical on 17th Jul. Ecas is still in process. I have read some posts where people have got their ppr but ecas is still showing in process. So, i think ecas status is not a big deal.

Could you please share your 1st application date to CIO and when you submitted the complete application to London?
