I ordered mine through getgcms. I recieved an email from getgcms 10 days later with a formal letter attached from CSIS, dated one day only after my request was lodged

Hey mate, apparently I'm not under SS. Got a response from getgcms today with a letter attached from CSIS that they don't have any record of file.

Now I'm seriously concerned that why haven't they carried out security until now. It's really infuriating to know that all this time I've been thinking that I'm under SS but in fact it's IRCC who has been taking the piss with my file :mad::mad:

any news sir??? to whom should i email directly? should i email london visa office?

Sorry about the late response mate, I haven't been on here much lately. No news apart from the response from CSIS that they don't have any record of my file so I'm guessing I'm not under SS.

Congratulations! Please let us know your Nationality.
Congrats @rehanacca and @Muhammad Faisal, finally some good news. I have received the RPRF request yesterday which I have paid the same day and today my account shows documents required "NA". Have you guys paid the RPRF fee when you submitted your applications or later on?
Wish you speedy PPR!!

I received my gcms notes yesterday, and it isn't specifically mentioned that the file is under "security screening" , however, I found couple of blank pages and s(15).1 on the top right corner of some pages.

ASSESSMENTS:
Eligibility : Passed
Security: Blank

Can someone please advise?
What does it says under admissibility section?

I have received a request for passport biopage and height/Eye colour details.

Am I supposed to only upload the one passport page (the passport page with my photo, name and other details on it? Or Am I suppose to upload all the pages?

Hey all, so after 5 months in London Visa Office with no review, I got this today:

"This refers to your application for permanent residence in the provincial nominee class. The information you have provided is insufficient for a visa officer to be satisfied that you meet the requirements for immigration to Canada.

The provincial nominee class is described in Canada’s Immigration and Refugee ProtectionRegulations (IRPR) as a class of persons who may become permanent residents on the basis of their ability to become economically established in Canada and who intend to reside in the province that has nominated them. Notwithstanding the nomination of an applicant by a province or territory, the federal government has the final authority to select immigrants in the provincial nominee class.

Please read this letter carefully and provide precisely what is being requested; if you provide incorrect or incomplete information, it may result in your application being refused. You may already have provided similar information to the province as part of your nomination process, but please provide the following (✓) to assist the federal government with its assessment of your eligibility under Subsection 87 of the IRPR:

1. (✓) Passport biopage scan.
2. (✓) Height and eye colour details.
3. (✓) Qatari Police Certificate. Please see instructionshttps://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/services/application/medical- police/police-certificates/how/qatar.html
4. (✓) Military service questionnaire (see below) and certificate of exemption or completion as applicable."

Is that common to receive such a thing after 5 month and only one day before the lapse of my 6 months processing time?

Also, I submitted endless evidence that I can't get the police certificate due to political situation and it was accepted at the initial stage, why would it be raised again now? I find the whole process annoying and confusing.

Sorry, I am not sure about the police certificate. I have received the exact same letter via my cic account. They have requested only two things from me. My AOR is 14th of Jan.

1. Passport biopage
2. Height and eye colour details.

Regarding your police certificate query, someone more experience will help you out. After a lot of internet search, I came across similar posts in which some candidates couldn't get police certificates for various reasons such as too expensive in China (Get from each city), records destroyed during Kuwait war in the 80s, or impractical to travel to a country (I believe Malaysia from an African country) to get the police certificate and so on.

I am not sure at what stage these people were waived off the requirements for PCCs but you seem to have a genuine reason. Again I am no expert and wouldn't rely on the information available online, so please consult appropriate persona/organisation.
