Technically, Yes. But you should keep in mind that a ban is not a good thing and may effect her application as well unless you do have a proper justification about it. If you are guilty (your brother in law) things can get more complicated. If he is found inadmissible your sister's application will also be effected. Play safe by waiting for the PPR which can come any time in this month i believe.
Thanks for your response. .. BT if she eventually gets ppr can she still apply for him after they get married ?

Of course yes. But that will be spousal sponsorship. That’s a different ball game altogether That could take a long time.

Finally it's ppr time :)
Thanks to all of you in this forum. I learned a lot from you although I didn't participate much.
Wish you all a speedy ppr.
congratulations

What do you guys think, is there any point in writing to London? It has almost been a month past interview.

I just don't want empty replies from Lvo. But this uncertainty is killing me.

Yes, I asked if they could extend and VCM confirmed they did. I'm not sure if it's a good or bad sign though. I worry it means they are a long way from processing my file so they know they require that extension.
Yes it looks like they are gonna take long. I also asked to which they replied don't do medical unless we tell you to do mine will expire next month.
