Id say they will pick your file between July - September

At the moment people with May / June / July / August 2017 AOR are waiting too

Welcome to London Visa office !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

That's annoying!! funny that Ontario signed an agreement with the federal government back in Nov. which included prioritizing the processing of Ontario PNP applicants and then I end up with almost 2 months with no action taken on my case .... what sort of prioritization is that :)

I thought my background checks and processing would be easier given I am in London UK, but clearly not! No special treatment for us lol

Lool snap. I thought of exactly the same thing considering I was living in London since I was 18. How ludicrously wrong I was :-(

@BillHyatt I have a question here. What marks the file as high priority. I have a job waiting for me in BC (i am a PNP-O with AOR 3rd Dec). It has been such a long wait from a provinsial nominee to actually getting the PPR. Do employers wait for that long. Thankfully mine is but will this make a high priority case?

Priority is only accessible by the Immigration Officer and therefore, to date we don't have any idea of what makes a file high priority. Good Luck.

@BillHyatt, I got my GCMS notes on 7th of April. It was generated on the 5th of March. I discovered that they have not started Eligibility, Criminality and Security checks. And they said review required in proof of fund and also PCC. Well, we stay in border town, my spouse is the PA, she works in another country, she could not get the PCC of that country because she comes back to home country everyday she closes from work. Also, the country she works don't issue PCC to non nationals which is also stated in cic website, so we included our country's PCC and LOE to take care of that. Now, 14th of April will be 4 months post AOR, still on IP1. Any suggestion, advice or prediction?

It is strange that they haven't started criminality yet and I don't know why they are delaying so much. You can raise CSE to ask them to kindly process your application.

In addition, PM me if you have any Notes from Agent and statuses of Eligibility few pages before Notes. This will help me understand your case better.

@BillHyatt Why has the London VO stopped processing FSWO applications?

During the past two weeks, we have seen many PNP applicants get PPR but very few FSW applications. When would they start processing FSW applications again?

They are processing FSW applications as well but we don't see many people who update their status regularly.

Respected BillHyat,

Only your encouraging words keeps us going in this frustrating times of processing with LVO. We did not see any significant movement from beginning of this month... October PNP AOR's has also crossed 6 months barrier... Would you please comment, When LVO will start working again especially on October PNP files.

A ZILLION THANKS

Sorry for delayed replies. I am busy with clients this month and will be less active. You can PM me in case of important questions or case-specific questions and I will try to answer them.

As I said earlier the average time is 8 months and London keep sending PPR to different months to keep applicants satisfied. They are still focused on August and October AOR and will be sending more PPR tomorrow and next week.

Wow I don't know that. Are you sure? I hope LVO will not forget about that agreement just as they do to our cases

Any FSWs here who had expired medicals while waiting? What happened when it expired - how soon did they ask you for a re-do and any update after the re-do?
