Guys, pls what exactly happens in IP2?
Moved to IP2 on the 18th of December. I’d have thought PPR would be triggered almost immediately... plus, is it at this stage (IP2) that files are being sent to the local visa office or is PPR mail sent by london visa Office?

I’m really confused now coupled with the fact that I spent a lot of time on NA2.

Timeline below....
AoR May 24th
Med Pass: June 30th
IP1: July 1st
NA2: July 4th
IP2: December 18th

PPR is sent by LVO. NA2 is usually when files are sent to LVO. Maybe you should raise a CSE as you have gone past 6months. What type of application did you submit?

@feolu thanks for the response.

I raised a CSE in December and another one in January. I only got a generic response that my file is currently being reviewed by a visa officer and they'd contact me if any further documents are required. I'm FSW Outland. I guess I have no choice but continue to wait.

Yes. I guess waitin

I guess waiting is the only option. All the best!!!

How would you know the FTD,I received the ADNR on 28 December 17,and Stuck in IP1 Stage since 23 Nov,does a ADNR mean file is transferred to LVO?
Hi,
I rang through to Ottawa and the agent told me... This was also confirmed in my GCMS note. I think you'd put a call through to Ottawa to be sure.

We seem to have similar timelines. It seems London Office is particularly slow, I'm beginning to wonder why it's taking so long. I wonder if their processes are efficient.

Thats good to know. As for me, I sent them an email on 12th December and one webform re rprf payment receipt and pp biopage/ height & eye color. Then on 27th December re my application status .
All I get is the usual auto response/ acknowledgement email.:(

Finally, after some emails/ webform to London visa office last December and early this year, they replied to me.

My case was: requested to pay RPRF and copies of passport bio pages + height & eye color on 2nd week of December 2017; paid and uploaded everything the same day. But the Review of Additional Documents still shows “We need more documents….” from that day til 4th January.

Bothered by it, I sent another webform and request a new set of GCMS notes on 3rd January. After 2 days I received their reply:

“ We confirm receipt of the information requested as well as the payment of RPRF fees. Please note your file has reached thefinal stages of processing and is now awaiting final review by visa officer.

We will contact you shortly.

Yours sincerely,

EXP”

From 5th January, the status of my Review of additional documents is “We do not need additional documents”..

Guess ordering GCMS and continous follow up did the trick

@ILoveMaple21 @immitracker site, (on 4th Jan) the last two persons to get PPR from LVO, and having PNP from DXB had AOR date of 15 Jun and 10 Mar. Ordering notes and following up with them was too soon IMHO. I'm AOR 30 Jun & hoping this month or next...if not, then it's time to panic. Fingers crossed.

I just want to spread the good news...we received our PPR last Friday, 5th January 2018.

like most of you, we were all kept in the dark for 7 months! the wait was grueling and we do not even know what caused the delay, but i guess tthere is really no hard and fast rule in Canadian Immigration. I hope and pray that you get the most awaited PPR soon! God bless!
