New Dehli VO has started sending PPRs to Feb17 AORs............
And LVO is not even issuing PPRs to October, Nov aors.

my primary Visa office is London (as seen from my GCMS notes). does this mean that my PPR mail will come thr?

when did you send CSE? u can ask them about ur visa office.

Send CSE on Friday.. let's see it will also tell visa office too..

AOR January 3, FSW express entry.

Finally called IRCC the other week and was told that my file has been transferred to London visa office. Looked for a phone number online but couldnt find any. Finally sent email to ldnimmigration at international.gc.ca asking in general what the hell has been up with my file and also inquired about any possibility of fast track due to having arranged employment. Sent it once Friday and once today. No responses nothing. Not even a confirmation of receipt.

CIC application status is medicals passed and it hs been that way since early January. What should I do in this case?

By the way also ordered my GCMS file but apparently it can take up to 45 days for me to receive it

LVO office email address is correct. They dont have any phone number.
Try sending another email to LVO by writing ur Express Entry Profile No. in the subject line. And then provide ur passport number, DOB, Full name in the email. Hopefully they will reply.

Its very unfortunate that your file is also at london office. coz London is the cruelest and worst office at the moment. People are waiting from more than 5,6 and even 7 months (indeed for some it is more than a year). my medical was passed on 1 Dec 16. No update after that. I have sent 3 emails to LVO and received same cold heart reply 3 times that we have not started processing ur file.
I dont know if there is any way to address this situation. But may be sending emails to PM and Immigration minister of canada might do something. but I am not sure.
Since u r FSW so I think u will be processed faster than PNP apps.

I contacted LVO and they replied to me next day, though they replied as you would expect - the usual. Here is what I did. On http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/contacts/web-form.asp i selected yes to paper application - actually which is EE and not paper based -, then next I filled in the required info and submitted the form. The reply they sent was specific to my EE case.

try using other form, i guess that form goes direct to CIC canada office. may be just may be u will receive a better answer.
