you can try to send an email to London VO asking your UCI or your application status then wait for their answer
what i mean is just ignore CIC answer and contact LVO directly like you already kow its you VO

i m at 156 days today. ordered notes for 2nd time on 4 april.
SO wat ur 2nd notes say? Anyone from London office made a comment? Like Officer? Wat about eligibility ? Is it passed?
If there is something like S16 or S15 written on any pages then it means security check is going on.
BTW criminality is about checking ur pccs.

Nope. pcc is well receved by them and acknowledged. Only thing is their lethargy in updating the same in system which is awaiting review from officer. 2nd gcms speaks the same except my address chage note everything is same.

I've reached the same conclusion as well with the help of some other members on this forum. It seems the LVO will only be responsible for PPR and handling.

It cannot be true because when I received the request for schedule A and travel info, it was requested in a letter issued by LVO and last week I got status info reply that my BG is under progress, it is again provided by LVO. So, I do not think LVO is just responsible for PPR and handling, rather they are the ones who does all the processing on your case.

Actually I have concluded that it is subjective for different applications. All the above processing that you have mentioned in my case took place at the Ottawa office instead of the LVO... so I repeat that it is subjective.

Yes, in the letters that I received, it was clear that they were issued from LVO. Even it was clearly written that the requested additional documents must reach the LVO within certain time.

Mine does not state anything about the LVO, hence the assumption gathered from the information at hand that my application is being processed at Ottawa only.
