I had to take a double look at this because everything you wrote is exactly my situation too! I'm also Jan 28th AOR & also found out from Ralph on July 30th that all assesments completed. I sent a CSE to London VO yesterday asking when application will be approved, hopefully that speeds up the process. Will keep you posted how it goes, fingers crossed

My husband just got an email saying London visa office has rcvd our file and will be processing it
Basically that form has the step by step of what application goes thru...
Does anyone know why they sent

I (Sponsor). Already rcvd file transfer email back in july.
Anyone also rcvd it?

Received ADR for schedule A, travel history, PCCs, additional family info, eye colour/height and passport bio page scans. Myself and 1 dependent. Dec 11 AOR. Looks like they finally picked up the file.

I was told yesterday by Ralph's office that my application (London VO) has been approved! I'm now waiting on the PPR email. Does the email come from London VO? And does anyone know if they release in batches and, if so, how long I should expect to wait? I fail to believe that my application is approved until I get the email!
