Ghost update only appears when an activity is done on your file. If u get such update post sending new info to LVO, they update your account without necessarily replying u( does not mean your file is being processed as many people assume). But if u get a ghost update without initiating any action from your end(such as additional info), then your file is definitely receiving attention/processing. I hope this helps.

My medicals expired a few days ago, and now the atatus changed from You Passed the medical exam to “you do not need a medical exam”. Does it mean that they extended it?
