Anyone got his file transferred to LVO in Jan/Feb 2018 and witnessed a change in application status? I'm still in IP1

I had the same program assistant VCM and things went very smoothly. I even have received my PPR within 1 month of the IP2.

Good day all, I exceeded my 6 months mark, all from lvo.
I Sent a mail a week ago and got this response.

"I’m afraid we have no further news for you at present. Rest assured we will contact you as soon as we have any updates.

I submitted the documents on Friday. it was in response to some review notes by the Case Agent about my work experience and POF.

You are not alone! I am here with you. Though we are kind of far away from PPR, it will come to stay eventually

yesterday I received below response. height , eye color & bio page submitted on 9th March. when can I expect for PPR.

Hi,

Did you email them OR raise a CSE? I think you should again generate the CSE for new born. I will advise you to get GCMS notes to see where u stands, it seems like you are in SS and which is why ur application is delayed. Hope u will get ppr soon.

kindly help me with the following:

1- LVO asked me to submit updated forms schedule A + family information form + travel history form.
schedule A and family information forms are specified IMM5669 and IMM5707.....but the problem is travel history form is not specified.
text from LVO is written as under:

"Travel History Info Form: Information on your previous travel history (trip duration and purpose) including citizenship and resident document information - updated for primary applicant and spouse. These must be received at this office by: 2018xxxx"

so question is should I fill in IMM 5562E simply or its something different....my concern is..... " including citizenship and resident document
information"..........." is it standard text in these days or they are asking me something special...? I dont have extensive T.History, and
only my Pakistani Citizenship since birth, thats it.

I am FSW-O - paper based application 2014 (yes correctly read ....2014 - Pre EE)
