Yes, the wait is over. For LVO you need loads of patience. Keep on contacting them and trying to get their attention.

I received this from LVO today. Can anyone confirm what form is in question? And why are they asking for age of 18 to present, isn't it normally from 18 or from 10 years whichever is sooner?
