Usually within 2 months. I got a DM status on Ecas about 1.5 months after Prearrival. They should send ppr any moment. Hang in tight. It's a stupid process but you will forgot everything when your spouse is with you. You are very close! Good luck!

FYI I had a complicated case but I wrote a few letters with my application plus added explainations along the way. No questions asked. No issues. Thank God.
