London (United Kingdom) VFS Passport Submission Timeline

Hello everyone. Kindly help with my dilemma. I submit my POF document to ircc but I got a mail from them later saying the document was not received and I need to send my updated POF document.
I initially submitted a POF containing my liquidation of investment but I'm unable to get supporting document like a Certificate of liquidation. Is it okay to do a gift deed at this point and submit as my POF?

Then they asked me to show proof thar I paid for SMS service, something they could have checked by entering my VFS tracking number in their computer, but no - they wanted me to send them the transfer proof with the VFS invoice second time around. And then they said “OK, you’re signed up”. And nothing. And each time I reminded them - there was no reaction.

Absolutely terrible service. Just terrible!

hello guys, i submitted my passport two days ago and made payments for one way courier and attached payment evidence. I got email from vfs london yesterday acknowledging receipt and transmission of documents to IRCC for each family member. Then a seperate mail from them attaching invoice and detailing the payments required which i have done but in the section of fees collected , it's nil. Also are my dependent kids supposed to pay transmission fees since we submitted the same vfs i and my spouse gave biometrics and the biometrics fees paid initially is for family.I saw this as additional fees in the invoice attached. Anybody with such experience/clarification

Vfs misplaced my paid return envelope. Just insane!!! Luckily my partner was in London so I booked her to pick it up. The nightmare is over. Absolutely terrible service. The worst

The fees is per applicant

Unfortunate. Always best to just pay the return fee and let them use their courier to return documents. I think they will on purpose not use your return envelope because they might have to book collection.

Updating timeline;

22nd February 2022 - upfront Medical exam completed
9th March 2022 - submitted PR application
10th May 2022 - Application canceled
June 2022 - reapplied for PR
17th January 2023 - request for another medical . Medicals done same day.
May 8th 2023 - passed medicals
May 10th 2023 - Passport submission request.
May 11th 2023 - Passport submitted at London VO/vfs by self. Notification that dispatched to ircc office.
May 12th 2023 - application notification that received at ircc office and in processing.
May 26th - notification received from vfs that decision envelope has been dispatched and received at Vfs office and ready for collection.

*However only 2 (dependants) have been received, mine and another of my dependant is not yet showing to be with vfs???
Did anyone experience this? Will the others still arrive today?
Tried to call vfs to enquire, no one is answering the line. Any other known reliable line to call??

May 26th - notification received from DHL with tracking details for 2 dependants only. ETA Tuesday 30th May.
still no info about mine

I have received notification for dispatch of the remaining 2. So it's on its way. Should get both by tomorrow .
I paid courier service charges for individual 4 separately.
