35 days over since my youngest daughters medicals reached PVO still Ecase "pending review" No third line added.
42 days over since other family members medicals reached PVO still Pending review"

Please suggest ???????

All the best walmzd, you will be getting PPR from Paris Visa with an instructions to submit PP as Abu Dhabi

I had my 3rd line added after 47 days of medical

Hi,

my file has been transfered from LVO to PVO and I alrady did the medical test for me and my wife, but i didnt send the full documents till now,

also, I sent my new born baby's documents ( birth certificate and other documents ) to PVO to include her in my application file. but without the passport copy as its not compleated yet, and now I recived the passport , but with some information not matching the birth certificate.

spelling mistake in name.

I havent sent it to PVO yet and they didnt send me any confirmation about the first documents which I send then before,

any advice what can I do? or any one had same case to help me?

can I send PVO a letter with the passport copy describing the issue?

other thing is I didnt recive any confirmation from PVO about recieving my baby's documents ( I sent it two weeks ago from UAE ) is that normal to not get confirmation, also I send them e mai to change my mailing address ( e mail ) before 5 days but no reply.

Normally visa offices do not acknowledge the receipt of additional documents. For medical you should check your ecas to see if “medical results have been received” line is added.

What is the change of name issue in passport? It depends if it is something which can be explained with a covering letter than you should attach the cover letter. However if it is a mistake in passport then probably you should try to get it corrected. Not sure though and wait for other seniors to respond, may be they might have encountered a similar case earlier. Good luck.

yes I ve checked the e case and it shows " medical results have been received"

the spelling mistake, is my daughter name is Dania in Birth certificate and the wrote Danih in passport, and family name instead of Kazeely in Birth certificate they wrote Khazeely in passport.

these issues in passports are normally happend in my country and I normally have to change other documents to match the passport,

but for the Canada immigration purpose ( and especially I already sent them the Birth Certificate ) can I send them the passport copy and the birth certificate in Arabic with a translation to the birth certificate in English writing the right name as per the passport?

I guess if you are ok with the error in name then Visa Office should not have any issues. Just send them a cover letter explaining the scenario and revised birth certificate and / or translation documents. I think this should suffice the requirement. Best of Luck.

PS: Remember your daughter will be using this name for the rest of her life on all official documents. I believe if you know that the spelling in the Passport is incorrect then better get it corrected in the passport now. Rest is your call based on practical limitations of passport issue process in your country.
