London Processing times at 29 months?!!

I'm from London, UK. My Canadian wife is sponsoring me to move to Canada with her.

When I submitted my application in Feb, London processing times were 11-12 months. Now, the website is saying 29 months?!

Why have this increased so much and will I still be on 11-12 months as I submitted my application before this increase?

They London took over the work load from another Visa Office however being you are from the UK you shouldn't really be effected. That was consensus I have heard around here.
