London office or Cairo

Dear All,
I am a palestinian national living in UAE. As per the CIC website, i can either submit my application to Cairo office (based on nationality) or to London office (based on current country of residence). Had anyone noticed any better experience with any of the offices? considering the situation in Egypt, i might be better off sending it to London although the processing time for Egypt seems to be faster as per CIC processing time webpage.
