Hi Newcomer,

Thanks, I really wish it would happen :) CHC has not replied to my query or my consultanyt's two queries, one sent last week. Seems very strange. It would be really crazy now if they come back with requiring updated docs and things like that. The last updated PCC was sent along with medicals in September 2010. :(

Hi lasteps,

In my view if they are not replying to your queries ,there is a strong chance that they might send you your PPR in reply.I dont think they will ask you for a PCC at this stage ,when you have already submitted one with your medicals almost 8 months back .Usually they ask for an updated PCC atleast after one year of submitting it.So hope for the best.BTW would you like to share the exact date of your medicals expiry?

Regards

Hi Newcomer.

My Meds were done on 12 September 2010. Ya i just hope that it is just that they have to just send the PPR out in time.

Hi Laststeps,

Hmmm, so it means you have exactly 14 weeks to your Medicals expiry. No worries bro at all, you have pretty much time for stamping and landing, today one applicant of new system ,whose med expiry date is 1st July ,got his PPR.

So hold on and be positive, you are almost there :D :D :D.

OO wind! If winter comes ,can Spring be far behind.

BTW,here I think the poet has referred Spring especially for you. Cheers

Hey Newcomer..Well I hope then it is the Spring of 2011 and not one many many moons away if one goes by CHC's working 8). Thanks for your wishes :D

Hi rass,

Are you a 2007 applicants, done with medicals. If yes would you mind sharing your timelines?

Thanks

Hey,

Somone on Trackitt had his meds expire on 25th May and recieved a reply from CHC that they are still waiting for background checks results and do not know when they can proceed to the next step. :( Not too happy news for the very few pending 2007 peopl who have done their meds already and still waiting.

Hi Laststeps,

I also read about that applicant but there are 3 exceptions with this case

1)The principal applicant and his wife are Iranis
2)There was a medical furtherance test (TB test) done by PA.
3)The wife of PA worked as a secretary in a company that is going through FBI checks due to some reasons.

Moreover every case is unique and you cannot predict your timelines according to them.In fact there were many 2007 applicants who got PPR after almost 1-3 months of doing their medicals.

So be positive and relax, finally you will receive your visa this summer inshallah :D :D :D :D

Hey People,

;D true what u say..was interesting to read the issues you pointed out on that case. It is just that when one thinks of what's just stopping CHC from issuing a request when everything else is hopefully clear, makes one fret all the more. For me now, I feel like when I am driving somewhere that i need to reach fast and the all the traffic lights just have to turn red 8)
