Hey Rehan very curious but tru, i have an almost identical timeline to your, down to the NOC 413, and also 1 and 2 AORs. I hope something happens soon, cause my patience is wearing out.....

i heard that the emails sent from the london office states that they are working to complete all the applications applied between 2008 - june 26th 2010 by june 2012. i am not sure if they will follow this timeline, but if they do thats good news....i guess..... any updates anyone?

guys! after years of waiting, my ECAS status changed from RBVO to In Process.

did not receive any emails though and also my request for change of address was also not updated...

Congrats! atleast now we know there are people working at the london office...i thought it was just an empty room where all the applications pile up....

yeah wasn't expecting it though and a bit uneasy as to what the results of their will come out with.

Just came across a disappointing story posted on trackit .com. Not sure why the London VO is coming up with such lame excuses to just reject the file. May God help us all.

“Decision Made before Medical - on March 9th, 2012
Then I received a letter on March 16th from the High Commission of Canada-UK giving the following reason.
"You indicated that you have work experience in occupation with the following NOC code : 0213: Computer & Information Systems Managers.
Although the NOC code correspond to the occupation specified in the instructions, the main duties that you listed do not indicate that you performed the actions described in the lead statement for the occupation, as set out in the occupation description of the NOC or that you performed all of the essential duties and a substantial number of the main duties, as set out in the occupational descriptions of the NOC. I am therefore not satisfied that you are a computer and Information Systems Manager: NOC Code : 0213
Since you did not provide satisfactory evidence that you have work experience in any of the listed occupations, you do not meet the requirement of the Ministerial instructions and your application is not eligible for processing. "
AND my point is : I have worked more than 4 years as a Manager IT in a Multinational Group, 3 years as an Assistant Manager IT , and have extensive experience in the IT field for more than 15 years. I am an Oracle Certified professional (OCP-10g). Provided more than 4 increment letters from my organization along will the promotion letter and solid evidences. What else. . . .Well After a long wait - THIS type of answer at least I was not expecting - They should have given some other reasons but not this one where I have served for Years . . .
Does Qorax has an Answer to my Case. . . ?
Its not the end of the world but even though I have kept on HOLD for about 2 long Years . . .”

hello
i applied under noc 0631 on june 23rd 2010, my status is still RBVO. i received my CAIPS notes yesterday which says my application has still not been reviewed by a visa officer. my representative also suggests that the only thing i can do is wait until i get further instruction from the embassy, my application is at the london office. As i have been following this forum for a while i see many applicants who have applied during the months of march, april, may and june 2010, their status changed to in process or medicals received or even visa stamped. what should be my next move? when can i expect something? My whole life is on a stand still just because the process is taking too long. please need valuable advice.
