Hi all,

looking to the post that CHC London is very rigid in review of docs, and 50% is the approval rate, I have some concerns.I have sent my full application to CHC islamabad in Jan'10, and now case is shifted to London.

Like majority of pakistan applicants have send notarized copies of Transcripts, I have send the same. So my questionis that will they gona reject all cases just because of it, without giving the chance to resubmit in unviversity sealed envelop.

Last week I have send my notarized copy of contract letter which I forgot to send earlier, now again If I send Original Transcripts in University sealed envelop, what could be the impact, they might consider it as negative to sending docs in installments. Any idea should I wait or send it? As I have send notarized copy of transcript of both mine and my spouse.

Also I haven't send original Birth certificate and Nikah nama, I have send notarized copies, should I send those original docs as well?

Seniors any advice, as I dont want to lose my case due to any reason of any sort.

Thx!

Mine changed from CIO eligibility complete to RBVO in almost 2 months. I remembered it was July 20. My full docs reached London on May 26..Don't worry too much!

I have sent notarize copy only, my lawyer said not to worry about it.
(Please remember he is not the visa officer.) I know many applicant did the same.

Dear jakram,

again i am informing you i am from pakistan living in kuwait and i never sent any of original document except IELTS result....so don't worry ..... i did not even get sealed envelope from my university ....the same thing for my wife as well.....they are experienced enough to evaluate and in case they find any doubt they will give u a chance .....

Dear All,

I am really thankful to the courage and support from all of u. So far I am waiting for a response from my consultant. My case went to in process on July 15....so soon.... and the people from april and may have still status of "docs received". I don't want to comment at this stage but i will share with u all what i will receive from CHC london.

Already wasted USD 3,500.

Lets see.

Regards,

eemmoo,
would you please share when exactly your Ecase changed from RBVO to In Process, or has it changed directly from CIO review completet to in process ?
I know you are sad, but please do not give up , lets analyze your situation and think together, it will be useful also if you can share the breakdown of your claimed points , may be it will be of help.

Cheer up and God bless you :)

It is time to worry then if it is VO Eligibility Review Complete :o Especially if it is with London Office. I hope mis is referring to CIO eligibility Review Complete

If his case went directly from CIO review to decision made , then it is an indication that there is a kind of evaluation takes place between CIO review complete and RBVO. what do you think ?

Also we can conclude that rejection takes less time than approval

I agree with staralihaider.. There is some sort of evaluation why VO decided at this early. It could be less points and job responsibilities not matched with NOC.. This is the first thing they will check, right?
