I received our paspports with visas and immigrtion papers yesterday. I sent paspports on 20th March, visa issued on 11th April.

no worries... there are more than one who signs the receipt of the documents. i would suggest you drop them an enquiry requesting a confirmation of the receipt of your PCC. this will make you more relaxed. as for me, Mr.Aziz is the one who sings the receipt of my documents.
