Got an email from CHC London asking for updated police certificate. I am from Dubai can you guys help me how to obtain this? It's quite a long time since we applied for this so i'm not sure where to get this is from the headquarters or murraqabat is fine. Do i need to give photos again? thanks

If you go to any typing centre asking for 'cid clearance certificate' typing they would do it. Charge per person - AED 15 to 20. Its in dual language english and arabic thus the typing center.

Yes for photos - 4 copies each i think. standard white background passport photos.

copy of your passport + residency visa + original passport.

Not sure of murraqabat - headquarters yes. Also there is another police station near bur dubai - near port rashid. quite convenient and perhaps a little less crowded. open from 8 till 1pm. processing takes 3 working days or so. anyone can collect it back by showing the receipt. credit card accepted - fee AED 140 per person.

I don't think so. If they have misplaced the passport they will inform the applicant.

Hi, you can in person visit head quarter or Murraqabat and yes, you do need a recent photograph.
Or else, as how i did, you can apply online also. Below is the link.

Bro, CHC London is well aware that we are EXPATRIATES , and if God forbade, PPs were misplaced by them, they would had surely intimated about this.

Recently, email was sent by our lawyer to them, and they replied that PPs are still with them. And they are waiting for the results of background checks.

Hi buddy

its vvv simple , u can go to CID office in qusais. opp al mulla plaza and near the emirates Bank in Dxb-Shj road. whn u go there u can collect the application form. after tht just type all details both is english and arabic, take it back to CID office with 2 pictures plus ur emirates id (if u have ) or if u dont have emirates ID thy wil take ur finger prints. pay Dhs 120/- ie all. after 3 working days u can go and collect the PCC.

I actually got excited coz on the CHC email they mentioned that after submitting the updated police certificate they will send the instructions on how to submit our passports for visa stamping. How long do you think they will request our passport after we submit the needed document? Thanks
