I sent e-mail for London with all details of my package by DHL , I also mention that ALFANSO is the one whom received my PCC

they replay today

" Thank you for your email.

It appears the certificates have been misplaced and cannot be located. Given the thousands of pieces of mail we receive each month, the size of this office and the lack of resources, it is not possible for them to be found.

Please forward the replacement police certificates to us as soon as possible so that we may proceed with your application. Please accept our apologies for the inconvenience this will cause.
"

today I started with the process of get a new PCC

Feel sorry for you Anwar. In my opinion when you receive them this time scan a copy of them and email them over to London with the new tracking number when posted. They may accept the scanned copies knowing that the originals are on the way.

Don't worry Anwar. Trust that this is absolutely the best for you. Only God knows the best for you.

Cheer up, get the new PCC, and hopefully all works seamlessly next time for you.

Good luck,

Hi,

I am an applicant of London office waiting for PPR.I need to ask how much recent should be the photographs for visa issuance sent with Passports.I have got many photographs for me and my family which are the copies of same photographs which I send to London office with my initial docs in October 2009 ,almost more than one and a half years ago.Should these copies will be fine or should I get new/latest photographs.Anyone submitting photographs of more than one year duration and got the visa.

Seniors plz respond.

Hi newcomer

I think I read somewhere it should be less than one year , specially for the children , but I`m not sure
I think our friends in this thread can help u more than me in this issue

good luck :D

Anwar if you have the photocopy of lost PCC just scan that and send via email to chc, London. Tell thm this is the one received by alfanso. try in case that works. This is their fault it may work.

Unfortunately, this is the first time that did not make a backup copy of any document sent to London , because I was in a hurry

but this is the god will :D

Photos should not be more than 6 months old. You should give a new photo. Regards.

Dear Anwar,

You have got a positive reply from London VO and you are taking the necessary steps......everything will be fine..........All the best.......

Hi Anwar Dear,

Don't worry. Everything is on track. In fact CHC London is now in a way obligated to process your application and send en-sha-Allah the PPR at the soonest as they conceded their mistake. GOD works in his mysterious ways and it is always for the better, its just that at times it does not appear to be so. Hold on tight for just a little longer and you will be through.
