Really saddening news but send CHC London an email detailing the DHL receipt info plus the name of the person who received it. Attach a copy of the DHL receipt and copies of the Yemen PCC if you have ones. Ask them for feedback on the received post and whether attached copies would suffice in this case (usually originals required). Meanwhile, approach the Criminal Investigation Bureau in Sana'a to issue new ones as a backup plan (while waiting for CHC feedback on the email).
No harm in couriering up the new PCCs if were secured prior to receiving feedback from CHC London. At any rate, just courier them up at earliest. again retain copies and courier receipt.

today I receive this e-mail from London

"This refers to your application for permanent residence in Canada.

To date, we have not received the updated Yemen police certificates for you and your spouse that you advised were delivered to this office on 2 Feb 11.

This email serves as a second request. Please forward new updated Yemen police certificates to this office within 45 days.

Please note: your medical results expire on 27 September 2011 and will not be extended. We therefore advise you to forward replacement police certificates as soon as possible."

bad news , i would suggest you try to get a replacement PCC the earliest possible , meanwhile you can follow up with London office. once you get the PCC issued , send it immediately even if no response from London. look at it in a positive way brother... they will give your case a proiority.. All the best.

the problem is that I didn't make any copies of the first PCC :-\ :-\ , I didn't imagine that I will need it any more ,nor it will be lost anywhere
but I sent to London V.O the tracking no: ,the name of recipient and the date of delivery .
and ensha allah I will try to get new one ASAP

One question for you I have always read that CHC London asks for fresh PCC from current country of residence ,are you based at Yemen?I always thought you are based at Dubai.

Dear Anwar.............try to get things done as early as possible because CHC London does not understand our situation at all..............they only go by time limits..............earlier i faced a similar situation wherein i suffered due to my agent's mistake and the given time had lapsed..........

keep in touch with them continuously and try to redo the required papers.........

I sent medical on 11 Jan 2011 London VO. Received forms-application form, dependent forms, PCC and Right of landing fee on 11/2/11 and sent back forms on 12/3/11.

On my case enquiry on 3/4/11 got reply "File awaiting officer Review. You will be informed if more information is required."

Could you please comment what this means in light of when they may issue PPR. What is the stage of the application? Ecas shows "in process" since July 2009.

"File awaiting Review".
1. Does this mean B/G checks are complete?
2.Medicals are received? No furtherance of medicals.
3.Next step after REvIEW?
