I just got my passport request by post (21/09/2011)

They gave me 45 days to submit our passports to issue visa.

I am so happy today.

Congrats Apatel, fast and very fast after a long silence . U r the first one among August Med submitter who recieve PPR form London VO.

I can not tell you for sure why, but i think Because I hold British Passports and my visa office is London ( Local)

I think because of british Passport and in the same country (UK) background check is easy and fast too!

I have the same situation as you.
I did medicals in Abu Dhabi on 14 Aug 2011, received by CHC london on 18 Aug 2011, Address disappeared on 24 Aug, address came back on 26 Aug 2011.
Till now no change in e-cas still in process and no information stating that medical had been received.
how long your address disappeared to get change in your e-cas stating that they received your medicals ?

"awaiting a background review by the Immigration Officer"... he used to send email every month ... last one was yesterday? no response yet.
Your ideas/thoughts/advice regarding the eye on e-cas or the follow up e-mails to CHC London are appreciated...

25 July 2011 Updated IM0008, SCH01, PCC only from UAE & RPRF
18 Aug 2011 medical received by CHC London

I have done my medical n RPRF in aprail, last tuesday my address disapper than today again appear e case status remain same did nt acknoweldge either receive medical or nt, no repnse via email n phone call.

But Still status shows "In Process" on ECAS.
