Should I upload LOE with each document that needs explanation,, or only one LOE should be uploaded at the end with all the explanations

Only one LOE. there should be a separate LOE upload button. In case you dont see separate LOE button, then clear your browser cache or use a different browser.

I've seen people do it both ways. Personally, I had two LOE's and added them individually to the documents that I uploaded.
