Review your application, if married ask your spouse to do a review. Third eye definitely helps
If you guys see any hiccups in any of the attached documents, then try to add explanation for that section.

Can we write LOE on a regular A4 size paper? or does it have any requirement ?

Just write it in a word file, convert to pdf and upload it

1. I was thinking of including both IELTS reports. I know it's not required to upload but just in case, because similarly ECA report wasn't required to upload but people's application got rejected because of this.

2. Can explain that my PCC (2011) is still valid since I haven't lived in my home country for 6+ months since then, with a screenshot of their instructions and date their website in updated.

Quick correction - ECA report is a mandatory upload along with degree/diploma certificate.

Wow really? I uploaded it just as a way to be extra safe. I was under the impression that all you need to do is just provide the ECA report reference number

Can I mention that I'm ready to apply for a new PCC if needed? I already uploaded a valid (2011) one, but they might want a newer PCC.

Can the letter be in bullet form instead of paragraphs?
