Locking period to stay and work in a province after receiving a PNP

Hi All,

What is the minimum locking period to stay and work in a province after receiving a PNP from that province. Please consider the fact that i get a AINP nomination:

1) can i still live and work in Manitoba after getting PR?
2) if i get PR via this AINP then how long i have to stay and work in Alberta?

I could not see this information written clearly anywhere. So I assume that there is no such locking period.
