Hi Folks,

Can you please solve issue with my EE account.


My account has been locked because the system did not accept my answers on Recovery questions. I am pretty sure that I entered correct password.
But anyway, this is what system now says:

Identity Validation
You have answered all of your security questions incorrectly.

Your account has been locked. You are no longer able to recover you account online.



I reported a technical issue on Friday, December 9 but I had not received any reply yet.
I am a little bit nervous about this situation, because I do not want miss any update about my application; i'm waiting day by day my province nomination.


Can you please recommend me any solution about that situation?
 
Instead of trying to break this account, create another EE profile right away and inform your nominating province about this issue and the new EE profile. Request them to link your potential nomination with the new EE profile.

Forget linking accounts. Create a new account from scratch, let your province know about the sequence of events, provide details of the new account and request them to link your application with the new account. Very common request.
