Locations for the English Language Test

Hello,

Are there really only two places to take the english language test in the USA? I see one in Washington State and one in New York. I live in Kansas, so travel to either location would be very expensive for me. Is there a way to take the test more locally? Or possibly remotely?

No - not just in WA and NY.
