Hi - Does the Location (City, Province) of the applicant matter in the processing of the application ? Meaning are they prioritized any different based upon geography and respective applicants from that location ?

Technically, yes. Processing times vary by location. You can visit the spreadsheet and gauge, roughly, how long applications from your region take to process. For applicants in certain geographies and remote locations, tests/interviews/oaths will be conducted in a special office only few times a year.
Having said all of this, every case is different and a lot of factors are involved in how long it takes from start to finish.

Yes I did see the data split by location in the tracker so was wondering if this is just informational or does CIC really distinguishes by location as all the applications are sent to 1 CIC location. Thanks for clarifying and appreciate the prompt response.

All applications are initially sent to the case processing centre in Sydney for verification of completeness. Once the AOR is given, the applications are forwarded to the local processing office closest to where the applicant resides. Then the test/interview/oath is scheduled in the nearest office. Hope this helps. Good luck!
