Locating form for live-in caregiver application URGENT!

yes sir, Live in Caregiver and I m planning to
submit this week or nextweek in CE Manila,


thats my first thought talaga ,just want it some one who will confirm it to me
na no need to submit my other work exp dox, coz i had 8 employers from the last 10yrs..


my anticipated date of landing is feb 2012 , is it possible that
i can received my speaktest request before december if i submit it all to CE manila this week/ nxtweek ?

I am not familiar with the processing from the Philippines. I know of someone who had her processing done in a year but there were some who took more than 18 months to process, so it seems that the processing times vary.

Hi i read your notes here in forum almost a year now since you apply for work permit under live-in caregivers
did you approved and you work now to your employer.

somebody help me im confused im a nurse here in jeddah nag apply po ako ng live in care giver application process in riyad pa medical na po ako.may binalik silang form sa akin addtional form for live in care giver confused lang what if dko na alam ang date ng school during first year highschool kasi tintanong details ng secondary education e naka lagay from DD/MM/YYYY to DD/MM/YYYY tapos number of units pa obtained during highschool thanks

Thanks for your time job_seeker.

*The examination IS at a DMP.

*Is it still worth getting the medical tomorrow( @ a DMP), before the approval of the application from the visa office? Am i wasting my money?

The reason i ask this is that its not a cheap procedure to have to repeat; and the next examinations will not be for around 3 months where i am living.

Yeah you wasting your money you do not need to take Medical yet
untul your application is approved by immigration officer in Canadian Embassy
just wait the Letter that send it to you.
good luck for your application have you sign the Contract
from your employer? before process your LMO

the original schedule is 8am to 1pm mon to fri so its a minimum 25 hours a week,
the name of my school is Saint Dominic College of Asia ,
but i m planning to input the 8am to 4pm mon to fri, which is sometimes we stayed until 4pm to 5pm tlga
and to satisfy the consul,

and i will not submit the sss contribution ,,
plus the latest coe from the job that i am a fulltime during i take the caregiver course .

my one question is do i really need to submit my all certs of employment and contract
from the last 10 yrs work exp which is not related to caregiver .

its more on food attendant an sales associate ..

no you dont need to write that you attend training 8am to 4 pm
8Hrs , The Consul is very strict speccially in the Philippines
the minimum requirements of Caregiver training is 6hrs a day monday to friday wt in 6Months
and 120hrs Child care and 120hrs elderly During the Practicum OJT.
and 72 Units in College or 4 yrs course.
