loan sanction letter issue

i got refusal for masters...reason is that documents that you have submitted are unauthentic that diminished all your submission"


i have got loan of 19 lacs from state bank of india
but on my loan letter there is nothing by which chc can verify it bcs bank did not mention loan account number on it


is it really a reason for rejection ???

I think the loan letter we get, is just the acceptance in principle. It does not have any loan account number. When the bank is not sure of the grant of visa, they wont release the loan and allocate an account number That will be given only when the visa copy is produced to the bank and the loan is officially sanctioned/disbursed. . That does not seem to be the prob here.

bro i contacted my bank now dey have issued me the revised loan letter with loan account number mentioned on it
i have also called sbi branch of another city,that i am calling from canadian high commision i need to verify an education loan dey replied dat without loan account number or reference number dey cant verify it,
