Loan from Avanse

A friend of mine is getting education loan of INR 2 500 000 from Avanse.
So can this guy accept loan from here and apply for study permit?

Did anyone took loan from Avanse before?

Yes, I am doing it through Avanse.
For SPP, you may pay 1st year fee + GIC with the loan and apply using the proof of college receipt + GIC.

For SPP catagory Avanse, CREDILLA, and other private loan providers are not acceptable by CIC.

That's right but that's why I told him he can get the loan and pay for GIC and first year fees using that loan. He does not need to show the loan as a proof.
He can just use the loan amount to pay for GIC and the fee and submit the GIC certificate + college fee receipts.

Anyway, since he is under University category, this may not matter much.
