is it possible to have visa on coloured print of scanned LOA? i have asked my uni they said they can send scanned copy u apply on this. will there any issue from VO about this? i have applied for visa

Well there has been some cases in the past where visa was awarded on photocopy of LOA but Original LOA is the requirement of CHC Islamabad. CHC Islamabad has made the rules very strict right from the start of this year. So it is advised to send original LOA.

You should ask your university to courier it to you in this case you will receive it within a week. You can also order courier from Pakistan.

Also I got medical request letter.

that means they have already checked my documents and found no problem with LOA otherwise they would ask me to provide original

If you already got medical call then your documents are complete and okay.
