hello, this is a screenshot from my LOA from u of Winnipeg, it states that i have three valid starting dates and expiring on January 13th. what i am trying to understand is that I won't be needing a new LOA from the university until January semester in case i had to defer again, that's what it implies right?

yeah you are right. You've valid admission till January 2021 session. After that you need new LOA to join the university or for visa application.
