Dear member's

My school had a drafted a LOA with very little necessary information in it, So with the help of my friends LOA whos studying at a different school I decided to draft the LOA and get the same printed , here is a copy which amounts to 2pages. please let me know if the letter needs any correction.

Hi,

1. Don't get surprised if you end up with a refusal letter in hand. It's not your job (and you have no right) to draft/re-draft/edit the contents of your LOA. Your only option is to put off an original LOA. If required, CHC shall contact your school for information/clarification

mail your university and provide thema link of Letter of AccepTANCE which is given at cic website and tell them to redraft letter in that format .. that will be better for you

Hi Enfield,

I totally agree with you that I have no authority to draft/redraft/edit the LOA. But the LOA provided by the school was totally inadequate in terms of information, they did not even mention the duration of the course. When I took the LOA to a consultant, they were of the opinion that it might lead to a refusal.
when I conveyed my discontent to the school they agreed to add more information to it hence I thought of making it a little more tidy and mailing to back to the school.
