This article would have referred to the A-LMO. This is for employers hiring someone in the O/A/B skill levels, and the employer must have been granted a positive LMO in the past two years. Hope this helps. Just google A-LMO for more information or check it out on CIC website.

I am not sure what you mean??? An LMO is something that the EMPLOYER has to obtain. Has nothing to do with the future employee at this stage. The employer must prove they have been unable to hire locally for a minimum of 14 days and provide satisfactory proof of advertisement. If they have done all this in the past 2 years and are now needing to get a new employee or renew an international employee's work status, AND the position is in O/A/B skill level, then that employer can take advantage of the A-LMO.

In order to qualify for A-LMO, the company should have applied for a LMO for its employee recentry and received it without any trouble.
Then for the following LMO cases, the procedure is much faster, it can take only 3 three days depending on the situation.

Good luck.
