LMO & Work permit question - Seniors inputs required

Hello,

I recently got new LMO and work permit extended ( also CEC applicant). The work permit ( closed) says my occupation as ' Consultant in Specific domain ( banking)' and specific location. What should I do if I change the project (IT) to a different domain ( example : from banking to Telecom) for the same employer and also different location (within the same province to a different city)? Do I need to get new LMO and work permit? Regarding the location, my employer corporate office is located in the location specified in the Work permit. But, I might need to go and work at client location in a different city.

Also a question regarding work permit: here in this forum people talking about NOC code in work permit. I couldn't find the NOC code in the work permit. I do see the NOC code in the LMO. Where part of work permit has the the NOC code? Just want to know.

For your first question, best to ask the CIC call centre agents or a lawyer.

On your work permit, the NOC code is found in the same section as your employer's name, location, etc under "occupation".

work permit specifies that u can only work from a specific location, so if u change location u hav to get wp for the new location.

if posssible ask ur boss to keep giving ur pay stub for the same location as ur wp
