You need to call the agency that process your application ask them if they receive AOR to make sure that your application is on process. By the way, where you from? Who submitted your application, you or agency? Your situation is kinda weird, I'm thinking that your timeline started 1st week of January with the process of LMO not the working visa. From the day you/agency receive an AOR (acknowledgement of receipt) from the embassy that's the day you count for the processing time of your working visa which is 8 weeks (standard in Jamaica). Hope it helps.
